Last year we had a new baby. In the market for a new “dad” car, I stumbled across LA Auto Center. What an amazing experience! From the first phone call, they were on the the same mission. I ended up in a Porsche Cayenne S, my first Porsche. M, the owner, found the exact car I wanted, acquired it, test drove it for about a week, got a tune up/ oil change/ detail, had some minor issues resolved, all to make sure out new baby would be safe. Ultimately, M brought the Cayenne out to the Inland Empire and we completed the paperwork at his home. Every time I even consider buying a car - I call them first. I consider LA Auto Center to be family and trust that any vehicle I get is going to be top notch.
La Auto Center has amazing customer service. I was denied at 10 dealership and Fernando and Najia were able to get me approved. Their down payment assistance program helped me with $2400 hundred dollars. Im super blessed to have bought my car here. My brother and sister will be buying a car here.

I recently bought a 2010 Porsche Cayenne S from LA Auto. After spending a couple weeks, looking at nearly 200 cars online and 10 cars in person, I found what I was looking for at LA Auto online. I called and spoke the finance manager. The next day I was able to see the Cayenne. The owner met me at the Porsche mechanic. He took the vehicle there for a complete inspection. There were some minor issues the the mechanic identified and fixed. LA Auto covered everything. The price on the car didn’t change. I was confident the Cayenne was in excellent and safe condition. They worked with my credit union and I had the Porsche in my driveway in no time. The entire process took about 48 hours. Communication was outstanding. More than anything, the owner, Mohammad, was the nicest guy. His attention to detail and making sure the car was safe for my family was top notch. I now consider him a friend. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My son is planning to buy a car soon. I will be taking him to LA Auto.

No scammy dealer fees or haggling with salesmen. I got a very well taken care of 2016 Kia Optima at 60k miles. Got my vehicle inspected after I purchased it and the mechanic was impressed at the health of the vehicle. The car needed a few fixes and I told Naija and she is taking care of it. The car wasn’t exactly the color I was hoping for, but Naija recommended a great wrap guy named Andric and he killed it. Great experience so far I will definitely recommend to any friends looking for cars!
